Bird Coloring Page Project

 Bird Coloring Page Project
This was so painful...... all..... the..... feathers........ every..... single....... one......... ehhhhhhhh. Oh, well. I used these feathers to put them on the bird and make a real bird! I colored them using a pretty neato command (CMD+U) and colored them!

All credits to the original bird artist! And the photographer who took the photo of the feathers!

Colored Scene Project

Colored Scene Project
For this project, I looked in the folder, Cartoon, and found a relaxing one. The park scene seemed so calming and relaxing. I tried to use Dry Media brushes and make it look as if it were watercolor. It looked so perfect! I then took a cat family because why not, and I added color and shading. I added them into the original picture and added more shading.  They are so gorgeous! I love 'em so much (<3).

Kaleidoscope Project

 Kaleidoscope Project
For this project, I simply grabbed a kaleidoscope lineart (credit to the artist!). I then colored it in using the bucket tool (wHeeZE) and the brush and eraser tool. I give thanks to Brooklyn Fontana for the idea to make the body a grey-ish color! Thank you!

(Side Note: This took wayyyyy too long ;~;)

Albrecht Dürer Project

Albrecht Dürer Project
For this project I simply found a cute kitten and dragged it into Photoshop Elements 10. I then began to crop out the background and applied different filters to it. I then added filters to the background to make it look like a canvas.

Edward Gorey Project

Edward Gorey Project
For this project, I was inspired by the artist Edward Gorey! I created a similar piece using my own name. This was created using the "Cookie Cutter Tool". This tool was the main focus in this project. I added a black background and used the Cookie Cutter Tool to cut out various shapes and objects. I then dragged the objects onto the main canvas. I continued to use the Cookie Cutter Tool (Man, I'm hungry now! ^u^) And finally, I used a Pastel Mark type shape thingy (???). And I then applied it as a filter over my entire picture. For the text, I simply used the text tool (Wow, shocker) in Marker Felt font and in the color White.

Celebrity Coloring Book Page Project

 Celebrity Coloring Book Page Project
For this project, I had to pick a famous person that many would recognize. I chose Adele because she was my favorite Artist (in music terms 0u0) and I listened to her all the time when I was little. She holds a special place in my heart, so that is why I chose her. I then dragged the photo (enlarged) onto Photoshop Elements 10. I added another layer and filled it in with white. I put it behind the original picture and turned down the opacity on the original picture. This was to make sure that it was easy to see the original picture when I lined my picture, because normally when you lower the opacity to line, you see the checkered boxes and it becomes hard to see the original picture. I then continued to line my picture. I added a 3pt. pixel size and traced over my original picture. It was not required to color or shade my picture, so I just left the contour the way it is.
